De Fiets - As a metaphor...

Plenty of Dutch immigrants brought their bicycle along, from the Netherlands. Only to find that their new home country was a tad steep for the old clonkers... 

Still, that love of bicycles created a Tour de France star like Tino Tabac. And these days, Dutch consultants are helping City Councils around the country to create more bicycle-friendly traffic solutions.  We do like to get on our bikes...
